Just making it out of the Cleveland streets wasn't enough for Tayanna Bishop. She had to become the truest example the "American Dream". After completing a successful stint in the military, she'd started a successful business, bought a beautiful home, and had gotten engaged to the one man she loved even more than herself. The sky was the limit for the both of them until two crooked cops brutally reshaped their destinies on the cold snow covered concrete of a dark Cleveland street one evening.
Tayanna is forced to watch helplessly as the cops unjustifiably murder her fiance. But even worse, she's forced to watch as their lies and the department's cover up allow them to walk away from the murder absolutely scott free.
Refusing to allow her fiance's murder to go unavenged, and fed up with seeing far too many cops get away with shooting black men down in the streets like dogs, Tayanna decides to become judge, jury and executioner of officers who live just as far on the other side of the law as the goons their sworn to protect the streets from. She sets out on a vengeful rampage of street justice that will take her through four states; spilling the blood of crooked cops in each.
