One of Maggie Lee’s biggest fears is getting thrown into the nut house. With a mentally unstable mother and her own ability to talk to animals (not to mention that she’s killed people) it’s not a stretch to believe it could happen.

When she’s asked to go undercover as a patient at the same facility where her mother resides, it’s like Maggie’s worst nightmare is coming true. If she didn’t feel like she owed the person she’s trying to help, she’d never agree to be committed, but Maggie believes in repaying her debts.

Even if it means the job makes her certifiably insane.
