Be it remembered, that the within named John Marie, personally ap peared before me, one of the justices, assigned to keep the peace, iii and for the county aforesaid; and acknowledged the within instrument of writing, to be his act and deed, and that it might be recorded as such. -given under my hand and seal, this 13th day of February, 1797.
