I always knew monsters existed. But the word vampire never came to mind until I became one. War threatens to tear apart the Vampire factions. Some say I’m the one the prophecy spoke about. Others think I’m a passing fancy. But nothing could’ve prepared me for the House of Shade or the guy who made me this monster, Grayson Shade.

His blood calls to me and deep down all I want is him. The vampire who looks like a saint and tastes like sin. Yet something lingers under the surface. Something he is hiding from me. I hear whispers about the curse of The House of Shade. He says it’s nothing, I know it’s something. My instincts tell me he’s lying, my heart wants to believe him, my head tells me I’m in for more than I can handle with Grayson and The House of Shade.
