I am an Alaska resident, was raised in Oregon, and in Washington served as a consultant and licensed counseling therapist. I have also been joint owner of a rustic fish camp located on a remote river system in Southwest Alaska. As an author, I have shared time with Native friends at historic village sites in the region of Bristol Bay, along the Bering Sea, Alaska Peninsula, and Kodiak Island.
