Shannon Riley (she/her) grew up covertly sharing, during lunch period, gore stories starring her friends and family rather than catching up in math class. She is the author of the revenge novella Pocketknife Kitty (Ghoulish Books, 2024), and her short fiction has been seen in the Dark Blooms: Girls' Coming-of-Age Horrors anthology, in PUNK Goes Horror (Truborn Press), as well as various other spooky places online. She lives with her husband and daughter in a mediumish suburb outside of Pittsburgh.
