John Woods is a photographer and author from Huddersfield, England. His debut, Through Time and Conflict, traces the lives of three wartime whippets across generations — weaving together fact, fiction, and a deep love of history.
His forthcoming novel, The Girl Who Killed Kennedy, is a historical thriller that reimagines the events surrounding Dallas 1963, blending real people and evidence with a journalist’s search for truth.
When he’s not writing, John runs a portrait studio in Huddersfield and continues to explore the stories hidden in Britain’s past — from suffragettes and Luddites to Cold War intrigue. His work combines meticulous research with a storyteller’s eye for character and atmosphere.
