David Baker was born in Scotland due to his father serving in the Royal Air Force. After

his schooling in the UK, he served an Apprenticeship in engineering, electronics and

statistical analysis. He joined a British Police Force in 1982. He was injured in the line of

duty and is now retired.

Black Operations’ involves activities that are highly clandestine and often outside of the

Viper 6 ‘Ultimate Sacrifice’ was released on 13th July 2015 and reached number 3 in the

Viper 7 ‘An Eye for an Eye’ was released on 24th November 2015 and reached the top

ten Bestsellers in Men’s Adventure Fiction and Lad Literature.

Viper 8 ‘The Pit of Hell’ was released on 25th May 2016 and reached number 3 in the top

ten Bestsellers in Men’s Adventure Fiction and Lad Literature.

Viper 9, Bloodline of Death was released 1st December 2016.

He is currently working on VIPER 10, in conjunction with a series of Children's books he

wrote for his two girls 16 years ago when they were 'wee nippers'. 

The pressure from his girls has proved too much and he has decided to work with an

Illustrator to publish the book series...............'The Adventures of Midge the Mouse.'

The first book, 'Friendship never melts,'was released in 2015, but the following 7 are still

in the pipeline with the illustrator.

David is also working on a new series about a retired Detective Inspector who turns to

the 'Dark Side.'
