I am a retired attorney who began writing my first novel in 1994. My greatest desire is to share my story-telling with as many people as possible. I am happily married, and live with my wife, Vanessa, in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. not far from where I grew up.

I mostly write historical fiction, which is well-researched but have also written to collections of horror stories, as well as a gourmet cookbook with our own recipes.

I also have authored historical monographs related to the Civil War, and the Raids of John Hunt Morgan, the "Thunderbolt of the Confederacy." I am an active lifetime member of the Morgan's Men Association, having two ancestors who rode with the Confederate general.

I am also a Confederate reenactor with my sons and adult grandsons, a member of the choir and cantor at the Basilica of St. Mary of the Assumption, in Lancaster, Ohio, and former president of the OSU Alumni Club of Fairfield County.
