Sophia's family is from a small town in Australia, which is partly the inspiration for Shepherd's Creek. She grew up running wild with her big family before moving to Sydney to study medicine. She spends her time studying, singing and scandalising her friends with the novels she writes, as well as regularly downloading and deleting dating apps... strictly to do research for her books, of course. For obvious reasons, she does not let her family read her novels.
